Quiz Answer Key

9 footflare.jpg (1747 bytes) Does one leg appear shorter than the other?

This is an indication of subluxations. As the hip joints shift out of alignment they bring the leg with them and it can appear as if one leg is ‘shorter" than the other especially when lying down. This can lead to abnormal wear and tear degeneration stress on all the joints of the lower spine, hips and lower body.

Take this test!

Keep your shoes on, and lie down. Have someone stand behind you, look down at your feet, and gently push your heels towards your head. Compare where the heels meet the shoes. One foot may appear anywhere from1/8" to 1" shorter than the other. (Circle the short leg and write amount of inches it is off).
